August 2008 was a BANNER month for Never Too Late wishes.

 

We logged in forty-three (43) wishes for August 2008 - that is more than DOUBLE the amount of wishes we fulfilled in August 2007.  Part of the reason for the increase in August wishes was a neat discovery of wishes from a new apartment complex for seniors with minimal income.  There were a lot of needs-based wishes in August 2008, but more importantly, there were many reconnect-with-loved ones wishes from that same group of wonderful (and now very grateful) people.

 

The grand total wish count from January 2000 through August 2008 would now be 1,642 wishes.  If we average 29 wishes a month for the next two months, we will have fulfilled wish #1,700 by the end of October!
