Thanks to Never Too Late wish sponsor Suzy Chapman, 92-year old Emma Smith recently had her wish come true.
Emma lives with her daughter (and full-time caregiver) Judy. Ms. Emma told her daughter that she would love to see "her" beloved Cubs play baseball one more time.
On June 8th, Emma, her daughter, and her great grandson went to Cincinnati to see the Cubs take on the Reds. They spent the night, and the next day, visited the Cincinnati Zoo.
Emma is down to a mere 90 lbs. She is grateful to have had the opportunity to make this outing with her loved ones while she is still physically able to travel.
